Following a 30-year career in media, launching radio stations, publishing companies, and recording studios, Shaun O'Neill founded Essential Talent New Zealand, a keynote speakers agency that aims to elevate your events and inspire your audiences.

In 2024 Shaun and his eldest son Ben launched Essential Speakers Australia with the goal of bringing our exceptional, personalized service that Kiwis love to our Australian neighbours.
