Can Australian speakers travel to New Zealand?
Yes. Our Australian speakers present in New Zealand regularly. We arrange flights, accommodation and transfers, and we include the full travel cost in your quote upfront, so there are no surprises.
How much extra does it cost to bring a speaker from Australia?
On top of the speaking fee, you'll usually cover return flights, one or two nights' accommodation and ground transport. The exact amount depends on where the speaker is based and your event's location. If budget is tight, a virtual presentation removes travel costs altogether.
How far in advance should we book an Australian speaker?
We recommend booking 10–12 weeks ahead where possible. That gives time to secure the speaker's availability and book flights at a reasonable price. Leave extra time for the busy conference seasons (March to June and August to November). We can sometimes arrange a speaker at shorter notice, so it's worth asking.
Can Australian speakers present at our event in Australia?
Yes. If you're a New Zealand organisation running an event in Australia, or a trans-Tasman business holding events in both countries, we can book speakers for either side of the Tasman.
