Arizona Leger is one of New Zealand's most distinctive young leadership voices — a consultant, spoken-word poet and former NZ Rugby content producer who weaves Pacific identity, human rights and brave conversations into every stage she steps onto.


Who is Arizona Leger?

Arizona Leger is a New Zealand consultant, keynote speaker, spoken-word poet and human rights advocate of Pacific heritage. She holds a Master of Human Rights from Auckland University of Technology and was a former digital content producer at New Zealand Rugby, where she created stories for audiences including the Black Ferns. She founded her own consultancy offering corporate leadership workshops, leadership insight and keynote presentations. She was named winner of the Ministry of Pacific Island Affairs Pacific Emerging Leadership Award (2015), was a semi-finalist for 2021 Young New Zealander of the Year, served as a Counties Manukau Rugby Football Union board director and founded the Calm Our Community network during the COVID-19 lockdown.
