Born on February 7, 1990, Holly has established herself as a public speaker, author, and content curator. She founded Emergent, a public speaking company focusing on disruptive strategy, and is also a director at Port Adelaide Football Club and a trustee of The Prince's Charities Australia. Her achievements include being named one of Australia's 100 Women of Influence by Westpac and the Australian Financial Review in 2012, and serving as the co-chair of the 2014 Y20 Youth Summit.
Holly's role as the youngest board member in Port Adelaide's history, appointed in 2016, signifies her trailblazing spirit. In 2017, she was recognised by Sir Richard Branson as a nominee for Wired's 'Smart List' of 'future game changers to watch'. She has been a regular panelist on ABC programs Q&A and The Drum, and in 2018, she had the distinguished opportunity to interview former US President Barack Obama.
Her contributions to the community were acknowledged in 2019 with the Anne Wexler Fulbright Scholarship, the Eleanor Roosevelt Leadership Award, and the Victorian Excellence in Women's Leadership Award by Women & Leadership Australia.
Her first book, "The Leading Edge," was published in July 2021, further showcasing her insights and expertise. Recently, she has been involved in creating "space", a new part-festival part-conference event aiming to revolutionise conference and collaboration approaches. Holly has also expanded her corporate consulting firm Emergent internationally, collaborating with companies across Asia and Europe.
As a keynote speaker, Holly brings a wealth of experience from her diverse roles, including being an Ironman champion and the youngest director at an Australian Rules Football board. Her expertise in leadership is informed by her experiences as a Fulbright scholar and a Harvard Kennedy School fellow.
