Who is Jocelyn Brewer? Jocelyn created the Digital Nutrition® framework in 2013 to address the growing challenges surrounding technology use, screen time and digital wellbeing. In 2021, she completed a Masters in Cyberpsychology at Sydney University, further strengthening her expertise in how technology shapes behaviour, relationships and mental health. With a background as a high school social sciences teacher and school counsellor, Jocelyn worked across NSW public schools between 2003 and 2021 before expanding her work as a psychologist, speaker and educator. She is also an affiliate of the Cyberpsychology Research Group at Sydney University and serves on the advisory committee for the Centre for Digital Wellbeing in Canberra.
