He started Attitude Inc, a clothing label that burgeoned into an international licensing phenomenon with an annual turnover exceeding $30 million.
Recognised for his astounding achievement, Justin was honoured as the "International Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2005. Further acknowledging his influential leadership, he was bestowed with the Future Leaders Award, placing him among the top 50 most influential upcoming leaders in Australia.
Currently, Justin presides as the Managing Director of Customer Culture, a leading Australian company specialising in customer service and engagement training. This firm empowers staff with not just the technical "how-to's" of providing excellent service, but crucially, the "why" behind their roles.
In addition to these roles, Justin is an accomplished author with 8 books to his credit. He invests in the business community, personally mentoring over 100 business owners annually.
