Sacha Coburn
Sacha Coburn is a business leader, entrepreneur and leadership speaker known for her authentic approach to culture, resilience and people-first leadership.
As Chief Operating Officer of Coffee Culture, a New Zealand café brand with more than 20 locations and hundreds of staff, Sacha has helped lead the business through growth, disruption and the challenges of recent economic and global events. Her leadership style blends commercial discipline with humanity, humour and strong values.
Originally trained as a lawyer, Sacha also holds a First-Class Honours Master’s degree in Education and is a recipient of a Prime Minister’s Business Scholarship. She has further completed executive study through the Owner/President Management programme at Harvard Business School.
Alongside her role in business, Sacha founded The Company You Keep, a leadership development programme that works with emerging and senior leaders to build stronger cultures, greater accountability and wholehearted high performance.
She is also the host of The Not So Breakfast Show, a podcast exploring leadership, personal growth and professional development.
Sacha speaks regularly at conferences, leadership forums and business events across New Zealand.
